Warranty Service and Quality Issues with New Volvo Vehicle that I purchased
From letter I sent to Volvo "Iím starting to feel like a joke is being played on me, this canít be real and these issues make me feel like Iím driving a piece of junk. Iíve never experienced anything like this after owning 10 Volvos over the years."
Could this happen to you when you bring your new Volvo in under warranty? Volvo having dealers install parts with defects?
I have been a loyal Volvo owner and have owned 10 Volvo vehicles over the years. I believe I have probably spent over $40,000 in Volvo Dealer Parts and Service helping support our local Volvo dealer.
When we purchased our New 2016 Volvo XC70 and second one I trusted Volvo and the factory warranty on these vehicles.
I cannot believe Volvo would supply replacement parts like this and it makes me feel like maybe Volvo no longer cares.
I never thought having an issue fixed under warranty would create new quality issues and defects we would be stuck with.
If this is the kind of warranty service I get for a final model year vehicle why would I buy anything from Volvo's new lineup?
Is this the kind of warranty service Volvo provides?
Could you have a similar Volvo Warranty experience with your new 2017 2018 2019 Volvo S60 V60 S90 V90 XC40 XC60 XC90?
